Free charging stations for electric cars are now available in Westminster, UK. The city has the highest level of air pollution in the UK, caused by the high amount of daily traffic coming in and out of the city. Councillor Alan Bradley said: “Putting free charging points on the street where people need them most is a simple concept which we hope will help galvanise broader appeal for electric car use. London, and particularly Westminster, has well documented problems with air quality and electric cars are an excellent way to start dealing with that.” Agreed!!
